I believe that people not respecting and valuing others is the most important challenge facing my community and every other community. Overcoming bullying is a significant challenge because people haven't been fully educated and the consequences are not making the bullies to open their eyes and see that what they have been doing is wrong. To solve this challenge, I propose parents to spend more time with their children and teach them the importance of respect. Also, to make them know that they are noticed and possess a great value. I propose to make the consequences strict in order to make them regret what they've done.
